« Who am I? »

 

Today I wish to echo one of the conferences

Given during the World Summit of the Success:

 

 » Discover who you really are « ,

Given by Roger Lannoy

( Coach, speaker and representative of Tony Robbins for the Francophony).

 

Why?

Our Identity is the « cornerstone », the foundation

From which we build our Life.

 

December, punctuated by the Parties

And the winter solstice,

The moment is also when we make an assessment of the Past year.

It is the moment to ask the good questions to move forward:

 » What did I achieve this year? « 

 » Did I achieve my purposes, my objectives? « 

And:

 » What measures to envisage, which decisions to take now? « 

 

To answer this last question,

It is indispensable to make previously a fundamental development(clarification),

A return on One,

A shape of meditation,

By asking this essential question:

Who Am I?

 

In what purpose?

Answer this question « Who am I? »,

The light on our  » internal diamond  » allows us to make

And to light the way to go to live what we wish in the depths of us.

This Happiness, this Bien-Etre to which we aspire all.

 

Here is how to make!

( Exercise inspired by Deepak Chopra)

 

A. On a sheet, register the question « Who am I?« 

And note all the answers which come to you.

 

For example:

I am a woman / a man,

I am a mum/a dad,

I am a massage therapist, I am a teacher, etc….

 

When your pen stops, ask again the question

« Who am I? »

Make this exercise during 3 minutes (or more;-));

The more we write, the more we dig inside One!

 

B. Now, add of the relief, the future, of the « boost » as says Roger

In these various Identities!

 

For example:

I am a magnificent woman,

I am a mom filled with love,

I am a masseuse who makes the difference in the life of people, etc….

 

It is a question of defining here New Identities;

Who you want to become!

 

C.Imprègne-toi of these new « Who am I »!

Make them vibrate with all your heart!

Remember that we are emotional Beings above all!

 

Post your new Who am I everywhere where you can:

On the screen of the computer, the door of the refrigerator, the mirror of the bathroom, etc….

Read them aloud every day!!

With conviction, love and respect for the Being magnificent whom you become♥

 

Play the game even if you feel ridiculous at the beginning!

 

By experience, this exercise changed things in my Life

And I know that that will really help you also if you wish.
